Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made within 36 hours of placing an order and will be   not   cancelled once   marked ready to ship.

•  We do not accept cancellation requests for the items which are under going any kind of Stitching or Customisation or Tailoring.

•  Refunds will be done to the original mode of payment.

•  For orders that are cancelled, a deduction of 5% payment gateway charges will be applied. If you do not want us to deduct 5% payment gateway charges, then you can ask for store  credits for the entire payment made for the product which can be used for future purchases anytime within 12 months period.

•  O’SAWARIYA reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen stock  unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraudulent tran saction. In such cases, full refund will be initiated promptly.
